Kimberly.  I’ve seen good photographers do the grainy b+w shoot, obviously the camera clicking in the dark, and the image pushed out in the lab - too long in the developer will bring out the image, but add a lot of artifacts.  My cheap version, since there aren’t any labs, leaving a little color in.  Deciding if I like not enough color, or too much.
